New Delhi: Intex Technologies has expanded its home appliance portfolio with the launch of a new range of fully automatic top-load washing machines, aiming to make everyday laundry simpler, faster, and more efficient for Indian consumers. The company says the new lineup has been designed to address the evolving needs of modern households by combining smart technology, durability, and ease of use.
The latest range includes four models across different capacities and body types. Consumers can choose between metal body variants—FA80MGGL (8 kg) and FA10MBGL (10 kg)—or plastic body models—FA80PBGL (8 kg) and FA90PGGL (9 kg), depending on their household requirements and budget.
A key highlight of the new machines is the inclusion of 10 intelligent wash programs, including Quick Wash, Strong Wash, Soak Wash, Air Dry, Spin Only, and Clean Bucket. These programs are designed to handle different fabric types and laundry loads, giving users greater flexibility while reducing manual effort.
The washing machines also feature Fuzzy Logic technology, which automatically detects the laundry load and adjusts water levels and wash settings accordingly. This helps optimize water consumption while ensuring efficient cleaning. A 700 RPM spin speed, combined with Air Dry technology, reduces moisture in clothes and helps them dry faster.
Other convenience features include One Touch operation, a stainless steel inner drum for improved fabric care, Magic Filter to collect lint, an LED display, child lock, delay wash, and auto imbalance detection and correction. The metal body models additionally feature a rust-resistant anti-corrosive body, while all variants come with a hydraulic toughened glass lid for added durability.
Safety has also been prioritized through Thermal Overload Protection (T.O.P.) Technology, which automatically shuts down the motor if its temperature exceeds 135°C, helping prevent damage and extending motor life. Intex is also offering an 11-year warranty on the wash motor, providing long-term assurance to buyers.
According to Keshav Bansal, Director, Intex Technologies, the new range has been developed keeping in mind the diverse washing needs of Indian households, where consumers increasingly seek appliances that offer convenience, efficiency, and long-lasting value.
