Revenue Growth Supports Loss Reduction
New Delhi, September 6, 2026: Bengaluru-based proptech unicorn NoBroker.com is targeting profitability within the next eight to ten months after crossing Rs 1,000 crore in revenue during the latest fiscal year.
Co-founder and CEO Amit Kumar Agarwal said the company’s revenue increased to Rs 965 crore in 2024-25 from Rs 888 crore a year earlier, while losses declined by around 25-30 per cent to approximately Rs 300 crore. The company expects final revenue figures for the latest fiscal year to be confirmed after the audit process.
Agarwal said NoBroker is currently focused on achieving profitability and does not plan to raise fresh funds or launch an initial public offering at this stage. The company could evaluate an IPO after becoming profitable.
NoBroker’s core business involves property listings for renting, buying and selling without traditional brokerage fees. It has also expanded into movers and packers, home services, home interiors and society management through its NoBrokerHood platform.
Around half of NoBroker’s revenue comes from its core property business, where customers can purchase paid plans for better leads. The remaining revenue comes from its newer verticals, including Movers & Packers, home interiors, NoBrokerHood and home services.
The company currently operates in six cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi-NCR. NoBrokerHood has expanded to 11 cities and serves more than 25,000 housing societies and approximately 48 lakh families.
NoBroker became a unicorn in November 2021 after raising USD 210 million from investors including General Atlantic and Tiger Global at a valuation of USD 1 billion. The company has raised approximately USD 361 million to date.
The company said its newer verticals are increasingly becoming important growth engines as it seeks to build a broader platform covering multiple stages of a consumer’s real estate journey.
