Power Projects Strengthen Global Order Pipeline
KEC International has secured new orders worth ₹1,303 crore across its various business segments, strengthening its position in the global power transmission and infrastructure market.
The company’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business won projects across India, the Middle East and the Americas. The new orders include a 400 kV transmission line project in Northern India, 380 kV transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia and the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas.
The order wins underline continued demand for power transmission infrastructure as countries expand electricity networks to support industrial development, urbanisation and rising energy requirements.
In India, KEC International has secured an order from an existing private-sector client for a transmission line project aimed at evacuating power from a hydroelectric plant in Northern India. The project is expected to contribute to the development of infrastructure required to transmit electricity from generation facilities to consumption centres.
The company’s international T&D business has also strengthened its presence in Saudi Arabia through multiple order wins. The Middle East remains an important market for infrastructure companies as governments continue to invest in power networks and large-scale development projects.
KEC’s cables and conductors business has additionally secured orders in India and overseas markets, broadening the contribution of different business verticals to the company’s overall order book.
Managing Director and CEO Vimal Kejriwal said the company’s T&D outlook remains strong, supported by a large pipeline of opportunities and sustained demand across key markets.
With the latest wins, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake has exceeded ₹7,600 crore, according to the company. The management expects these projects to play an important role in supporting its targeted growth.

The latest orders strengthen its international footprint while providing visibility for future revenue growth.
