New Delhi: Usha International has expanded its premium ceiling fan portfolio with the launch of two new underlight models — the AeroEdge Vedika and AeroEdge Aranya. The company is positioning the new fans as a combination of energy-efficient BLDC technology, powerful air circulation and contemporary design for modern homes.
Both AeroEdge Vedika and Aranya are powered by a 100% copper motor and feature a 5-star rated BLDC motor. According to the company, the fans consume 33W of power while delivering air delivery of 220 CMM at a speed of 350 RPM. They are also designed for quiet operation.
One of the key features of the new models is an integrated LED under-light. Users can choose between Warm White, Neutral White and Cool White lighting, allowing the fan to serve as both a cooling appliance and an additional ambient light source.
The fans also come with a reverse rotation function. This feature is designed to improve air circulation across seasons, supporting cooling during summer and better circulation of room air during winter.
For easier operation, Usha has equipped the fans with an RF remote featuring point-anywhere functionality, allowing users to control fan settings without needing to point the remote directly at the appliance.
The AeroEdge Vedika will be offered in Ivory, Matt Blue, Matte Pink, Matt Green, Metallic Grey and Matt Black. The AeroEdge Aranya will be available in Wooden Finish, Matt Blue, Matt Pink, Matt Green, Metallic Grey and Matt Black.
Usha has priced the AeroEdge Vedika and standard AeroEdge Aranya variants at Rs 7,130 each, inclusive of taxes. The Wooden Finish variant of the AeroEdge Aranya is priced at Rs 8,670, inclusive of taxes.
The company said the AeroEdge Vedika and Aranya will be available through leading e-commerce platforms by the end of September 2026.
