Sony has expanded its home entertainment lineup with the introduction of the BRAVIA Theatre Rear 9 and BRAVIA Theatre Rear 8 wireless rear speakers, alongside a new feature called BRAVIA Direct Connect. The latest additions are designed to enhance surround sound performance and provide users with greater flexibility in creating a personalized home theatre experience.
The BRAVIA Theatre Rear 9 serves as Sony’s premium rear speaker solution. Sharing the same design philosophy as the BRAVIA Theatre Trio, the speaker features large up-firing drivers and high-quality aluminium speaker units to deliver a more immersive and cinematic audio experience. Sony says the Rear 9 is engineered to improve spatial sound performance while maintaining a sleek and compact design that blends easily into modern living spaces.
The speaker also supports wireless connectivity, making installation easier and reducing cable clutter. A swivel wall-mount bracket provides additional placement flexibility, while compatibility with the BRAVIA Connect App allows users to manage settings and setup with ease.
