Arvind SmartSpaces to develop 440-acre industrial park

Arvind SmartSpaces has signed a deal to develop a 440-acre industrial park in Ahmedabad, with an estimated top-line potential of ₹1,350 crore. The land is located on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, and the project follows a joint development model, with the developer receiving a 70.5% revenue share.

Arvind SmartSpaces, a leading real estate developer, has signed an agreement to develop a 440-acre industrial park in Ahmedabad with a top-line potential of ₹1,350 crore. Situated along NH47 on Bavla-Bagodara Road, the project follows a joint development model, with Arvind SmartSpaces securing a 70.5% revenue share, the company stated in a release.

Kamal Singal, Managing Director and CEO, Arvind Smartspaces  said, “We are excited to diversify our horizontal product mix in Ahmedabad and add a large industrial park to our portfolio. With this industrial plotted development, we have further augmented our horizontal portfolio and now have 77 million sq ft of projects in the Ahmedabad region.”

With this addition, Arvind SmartSpaces’ cumulative new business development topline potential for the year surpasses ₹3,850 crore. The company aims to expand further in key markets, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad, in the coming quarters.

The proposed industrial park is strategically located near the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and the upcoming Dholera Special Investment Region. Positioned at a key tri-junction, it offers seamless connectivity to the Saurashtra region, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and major ports such as Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav.

The vicinity is home to numerous large industries specializing in pharmaceuticals, engineering, renewables, logistics, and ancillary sectors. This micro-market also features several major industries and industrial parks.
