The 11th India-Norway Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) in New Delhi laid the groundwork for the forthcoming India-Nordic Summit in Oslo. Led by Pavan Kapoor, Secretary (West), Ministry of External Affairs, and Torgeir Larsen, Secretary General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, the talks emphasized robust collaboration across various sectors.

Key areas included the Blue Economy, Renewable Energy, Climate & Environment, and bilateral trade. Both sides welcomed the signing of the India-EFTA TEPA, aiming to enhance trade ties.
