Trump demands zero duties on motorcycles

US President Donald Trump has demanded that India must bring down import duties on American goods. In particular, he stressed that the duty on motorcycles must be reduced to zero, and the US will no longer get “robbed”. He also defended his protectionist policies and affirmed his commitment to reduce the US trade deficit of around US$ 800 billion, “We’re the bank that everybody wants to rob. And that’s what they’ve been doing for a long period of time… We are not fools anymore. We are not the foolish country that does so badly.”
