Q1 Net Profit Rises 86%

New Delhi, August 15: Patanjali Foods Ltd reported an 86 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 335.73 crore for the quarter ended June, supported by higher total income.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 180.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
According to a regulatory filing, Patanjali Foods’ total income increased to Rs 11,341.89 crore during the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year, compared with Rs 8,779 crore in the year-ago period.
The company’s edible oil business remained its largest revenue contributor, generating Rs 8,504 crore during the April-June quarter. The FMCG vertical contributed Rs 2,937.74 crore to total revenue.
Patanjali Foods operates across edible oils, FMCG and wind power generation. Its portfolio includes brands such as Patanjali, Ruchi Gold, Nutrela, Dant Kanti, Mahakosh and Sunrich.
The company has expanded its operations over the years, with its edible oils business continuing to form a significant part of its overall revenue base.
For the full financial year 2025-26, Patanjali Foods reported a net profit of Rs 1,814.47 crore, compared with Rs 1,300.70 crore in the previous financial year.
Total income for FY26 rose to Rs 40,347.78 crore from Rs 33,890.68 crore in FY25.
The latest quarterly performance indicates continued growth in both profitability and overall income as the company operates across India’s large edible oil and consumer products markets.
