Bengaluru, August 18: Amazon Now has launched a dedicated Rakhi Store ahead of Raksha Bandhan, offering more than 500 rakhi options along with sweets, gifts and other festive essentials with delivery in minutes in cities where its quick-delivery service is available.
Rakhis on the platform start at Rs 19, while customers can also buy a roli-chawal combo for Rs 1. Sweets and gifting options are available starting at Rs 99.
Digital, QR and NFC Rakhis Available
The Rakhi Store features a wide selection covering personalised, digital, spiritual, kids’ and premium categories.
Customers can choose from Digital, QR and NFC-enabled rakhis along with DIY and Rakhi Hug Cards. The collection also includes Blessed and Hanuman Chalisa rakhis, Kids’ and Pet rakhis, Bhaiya-Bhabhi options, Evil Eye designs and Swarovski Crystal rakhis.
Amazon Now Director Nishant Sardana said the company aims to make festive shopping faster and easier while providing customers with a wide range of gifting choices in one place.
Find a Rakhi in 30 Seconds
Amazon has also introduced a 30-second ‘Rakhi Vibe Check’ quiz designed to help shoppers choose a rakhi based on their relationship with their sibling.
The quiz provides curated recommendations based on different sibling dynamics such as ‘Certified Menace’, ‘Ride or Die’, ‘Family Shield’, ‘Long Distance Bond’ and ‘2AM Call’.
Gifts and Sweets Starting at Rs 99
Apart from rakhis, customers can purchase sweets, chocolates, snacks, beauty and grooming essentials and gifts. Products from brands such as FNP, Oye Happy, Ugaoo and IGP are also available through the store.
Amazon Now is offering free delivery to Prime members on eligible orders above Rs 99. Non-Prime customers can get free delivery on eligible orders above Rs 149. The company also says there is zero handling fee.
The Rakhi Store is available across cities where Amazon Now currently operates, allowing customers to order festive essentials for delivery within minutes.
