PVP Ventures Shares Extend Strong Rally
PVP Ventures shares continued their sharp upward run on Friday, September 4, hitting the 5% upper circuit on the BSE after the company received a credit rating for its non-convertible debentures.
The smallcap stock was locked at ₹68.04 apiece. The latest rally has taken its one-month gain to more than 143%, significantly outperforming the broader market.
The trigger came after PVP Ventures informed the stock exchanges that Acuité Ratings & Research had assigned an ‘ACUITE BBB-’ rating with a Stable outlook to two long-term non-convertible debentures aggregating ₹150 crore.
The two debt instruments comprise NCDs worth ₹95 crore and ₹55 crore. The rating was communicated to the company on September 2, 2026.
Acuité said the rating factors in PVP Ventures’ established track record of monetising real estate assets through joint development arrangements with reputed developers. It also highlighted the promoter’s experience and sales traction across the company’s projects.
Casagrand Mercury Phase III In Focus
A key factor supporting the rating is Casagrand Mercury Phase III.
According to Acuité, the secured NCDs are backed by ring-fenced cash flows from the project. Receivables will be routed through a trustee-controlled escrow account with a lender-first waterfall mechanism, which provides additional protection to lenders.
However, the rating agency also highlighted risks related to project execution and sales.
As of June 30, 2026, 45 units out of 453 units in the project had been sold. Collections stood at ₹18.3 crore, while the project’s estimated collection potential was around ₹570 crore.
Acuité said execution progress, sales momentum and collections would remain important factors to monitor. Better sales and collections could support a rating upgrade, while delays or weaker debt servicing could put pressure on the rating.
Multibagger Returns
PVP Ventures shares have risen over 143% in one month, while the Nifty 50 declined around 2.7% during the same period.
Over the past one year, the stock has delivered returns of more than 184%, compared with a decline of around 3.2% in the benchmark index.
The stock has also delivered more than 1,300% returns over the past five years.
The company currently has a market capitalisation of around ₹1,774 crore.
