Accenture Solutions has leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space from House of Hiranandani in Thane for 10 years at a monthly rent of ₹1.9 crore.
House of Hiranandani has leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of office space to Accenture Solutions at its Centaurus commercial tower in Thane, marking one of the notable office leasing transactions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region this year, according to people familiar with the deal.
Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd has taken the Grade-A office space on a long-term lease of 10 years at a monthly rental of ₹1.9 crore. Over the full tenure, House of Hiranandani is expected to receive nearly ₹269 crore in rental payments.
The transaction was recently registered and was facilitated by real estate consultancy JLL India. House of Hiranandani declined to comment on the development.
The leased space is located in Centaurus, a 21-storey commercial tower within the Hiranandani Estate township in Thane. The tower has a total built-up area of around 1.9 million sq ft.
The commercial campus already houses several large companies and financial institutions, including Tata Consultancy Services, BNP Paribas, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, Bayer CropScience and WeWork, strengthening its position as a significant business hub within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Centaurus forms part of the broader 375-acre Hiranandani Estate township, which combines residential, commercial and other urban infrastructure.
House of Hiranandani, founded by Surendra Hiranandani, has developed projects across Mumbai, Thane, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The real estate group has delivered more than 51 million sq ft of development so far.
The Accenture transaction comes at a time when office leasing trends across India remain mixed. According to JLL data, gross leasing of office space across seven major cities declined 4% to 37.90 million sq ft during January-June 2026, compared with 39.45 million sq ft in the same period a year earlier.
Mumbai, however, bucked the broader trend. Office leasing in the city rose 18% to 5.88 million sq ft in the first half of the year, compared with 4.99 million sq ft in the corresponding period last year.
The large Accenture lease further highlights continuing demand for Grade-A office space from global technology and consulting companies in Mumbai’s extended commercial markets.
