Mixed-Use Development Targets Growing Demand
New Delhi, September 9
Real estate developer Civitech Group plans to invest ₹500 crore to develop a mixed-use project in Greater Noida, expanding its presence in the growing Greater Noida West market.
The company said it acquired the land through a government auction and plans to develop the upcoming project in Sector 10, Greater Noida West.
The development will include retail and hospitality spaces along with studio apartments.
Civitech Group CEO Sarthi Goel said Greater Noida West offers significant potential for real estate development, supported by demand from both end-users and investors.
The developer is already working on another mixed-use project in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West. That development covers approximately 12 lakh square feet across a 3.7-acre plot.
Based in Noida, Civitech Group has developed residential and commercial projects across the Noida–Ghaziabad region.
The new ₹500-crore investment reflects the company’s continued focus on mixed-use real estate development in the Noida–Greater Noida market.
