Real estate consultant Anarock Group has acquired a 51% stake in DSP Design Associates, with sources valuing the architecture firm at around ₹400 crore.
Anarock announced the acquisition without disclosing the transaction amount, while sources said the deal was struck at an enterprise value of around ₹400 crore.
The transaction combines Anarock’s real estate advisory and transaction capabilities with DSP Design Associates’ architecture, master planning and interior-design business.
Anarock Founder and Chairman Anuj Puri said the acquisition complements the group’s Project Management & Engineering Services and advisory businesses and will enable it to offer services ranging from site selection and transactions to design and build.
DSP Design Associates has more than 320 professionals in India and operates across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, NCR and Hyderabad. The firm has delivered more than 1,000 projects.
DSP will continue to be led by its founding leadership.
Its practice spans master planning, architecture, interior design and design-build services across commercial IT parks, mixed-use projects, residential developments, retail and hospitality. It currently has more than 125 million sq ft of ongoing projects.
