Bengaluru, July 3: Flipkart has secured the 5th position in the prestigious India’s Best Companies to Work For 2026 rankings released by Great Place To Work, reinforcing its reputation as one of the country’s leading employers with a strong people-first workplace culture.
The annual ranking evaluates organizations based on anonymous employee feedback and a detailed assessment of workplace culture, leadership quality and organizational practices. Hospitality giant Hilton claimed the top spot this year, followed by Cisco Systems India, Synchrony International Services and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
According to Great Place To Work, Flipkart has consistently strengthened its employee experience by investing in leadership development, capability building, structured learning programmes and career advancement opportunities. The company has also made internal mobility a key pillar of its talent strategy, allowing employees to explore different roles across business functions while building new skills.
Flipkart said its workplace culture encourages employees to take ownership, innovate and contribute to business growth through high-impact assignments.
