Aditya Infotech Limited, the company behind surveillance brand CP PLUS, has reported strong growth in the first quarter of FY27, supported by demand for its video surveillance portfolio and increasing adoption of IP-based products.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 1,402.4 crore, up 89.5% year-on-year. EBITDA increased 220% to Rs 207.8 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved by 604 basis points to 14.8%. Adjusted profit after tax rose 332.5% year-on-year to Rs 142.2 crore, with the PAT margin reaching 10.1%.
The company attributed the improvement in profitability to a favourable product and brand mix, better operational efficiencies and lower finance costs. Finance costs declined 59% year-on-year during the quarter.
CP PLUS remained the company’s biggest revenue contributor, accounting for approximately 87% of overall Q1 FY27 revenue. IP products represented nearly 79% of the CP PLUS portfolio, reflecting growing adoption of connected and intelligent surveillance products.
Aditya Infotech also highlighted its position in India’s surveillance market. Citing a Frost & Sullivan report, the company said CP PLUS commanded a 43.3% market share in India’s video surveillance industry in FY26.
Manufacturing expansion remains another major focus. Current manufacturing capacity stands at around 2.5 million units per month. The company plans to scale up its Kadapa capacity by two times over the next two years through internal accruals.
Construction of a new Housing & Enclosure Plant in Kadapa is also progressing. The facility is expected to become operational by the end of Q3 FY27 and eventually have an annual production capacity of 30 million units.
During the quarter, Aditya Infotech incorporated Corelink Cable Technology Private Limited, a joint venture with Orient Cables for manufacturing LAN and CCTV cables. A roughly 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is proposed in Rajasthan.
Manufacturing and distribution operations for the company’s NEXIVUE brand also became fully operational during the quarter. The company said the brand has received an encouraging response across mass-market, rural and price-sensitive customer segments.
Aditya Infotech said it remains on track to achieve its previously communicated FY2027 guidance while continuing to expand manufacturing, localization, AI capabilities and its product portfolio.
