Hisense Expands Premium TV Lineup with E8S Series
New Delhi: Consumer electronics brand Hisense has expanded its premium television portfolio in India with the launch of the E8S 144Hz ULED Mini-LED TV series. The company is targeting digitally savvy consumers looking for high-end entertainment features, advanced gaming capabilities, and AI-powered picture enhancements through online shopping platforms.
The E8S series is powered by Hisense’s ULED Mini-LED technology, designed to deliver deeper blacks, improved contrast, and enhanced brightness levels. The televisions feature Full Array Local Dimming technology, which intelligently adjusts brightness across multiple zones to create more detailed and realistic images.
To further enhance picture quality, the lineup incorporates Hi-QLED Colour technology and advanced brightness optimization. Hisense says these features help reproduce lifelike colours and maintain visual accuracy across different types of content.
Gaming enthusiasts are among the key target audiences for the new range. The E8S TVs come with a native 144Hz refresh rate, helping deliver smoother gameplay, reduced motion blur, and lower input lag during fast-paced gaming sessions.
The televisions are powered by the company’s proprietary Hi-View AI Engine, which automatically optimizes contrast, colour, and picture quality in real time. The premium 85-inch model additionally features the Hi-View AI Engine Pro, offering enhanced image processing and improved scene clarity.
On the audio front, the E8S series includes a built-in subwoofer tuned by Devialet, delivering deeper bass and a more immersive sound experience without requiring external speakers or soundbars.
The televisions run on the VIDAA Smart OS, providing access to popular streaming applications along with fast navigation and voice-enabled controls. Additional features include Pantone-validated colour accuracy, Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ Adaptive, Filmmaker Mode, and an AI RGB Light Sensor that adjusts picture settings according to ambient lighting conditions.
Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India, said the company aims to make premium Mini-LED technology more accessible to Indian consumers while catering to the rapidly growing online market.
The Hisense E8S ULED Mini-LED TV series is available in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch variants, with introductory prices starting at ₹57,990. The lineup will be sold exclusively through Amazon and Flipkart. Buyers can also avail of launch benefits, including No-Cost EMI options of up to 18 months and special inaugural discounts for early customers.
