Hisense has opened its first Product Experience Centre in India along with a new headquarters at AIPL Masterpiece in Gurugram.
The company is expanding beyond televisions into multiple home-appliance categories while targeting $150 million in sales by CY26.

Gurugram, August 19: Consumer electronics and home appliances company Hisense has opened its first Product Experience Centre in India along with a new headquarters at AIPL Masterpiece in Gurugram, marking another step in its expansion in the Indian market.
The new centre brings together Hisense products across televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances. It will also showcase Toshiba televisions, giving partners and stakeholders access to the brands’ existing and upcoming portfolios.
Hisense to Showcase 116-Inch TV
Among the products being showcased are Hisense’s RGB MiniLED TVs, Laser TV and Intelli Cool Pro series air conditioners, along with its recently launched top-load and semi-automatic washing machines.
The centre will also display the flagship Hisense UX RGB MiniLED series in 100-inch and 116-inch sizes and Toshiba’s 85ZXSP 85-inch television.
Hisense also plans to introduce several new product categories in India in phases. The upcoming portfolio includes smart-screen and double-door refrigerators, Triple Drum X-Zone Master and front-load washing machines, HVAC solutions, dishwashers, microwave ovens and air fryers.
Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India, said the company is expanding beyond televisions to develop a full-fledged multi-category consumer appliances business, supported by a wider retail network, expanding product portfolio and greater localisation.
Offline Retail to Drive Growth
Hisense India is expanding its offline presence through retailers including myG, Nandilath, Reliance Digital, Sonovision, Khosla Electronics, Patra Electronics, Sathya Agencies and Great Eastern Retail.
The company also sells its products through major online platforms.
Offline channels are expected to contribute nearly 70% of Hisense India’s business this year, highlighting the growing importance of physical stores in the company’s India strategy.
Hisense is targeting an increase in sales from $100 million to $150 million by CY26, with the upcoming festive season expected to provide further momentum.
Focus on Local Manufacturing
The company is also strengthening local production in India. Its first manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, currently manufactures washing machines and air conditioners.
As it expands its Indian operations, Hisense plans to continue investing in local manufacturing and product localisation while developing appliances tailored to the requirements of Indian consumers.
